What do sumptuous deer suede leather, lilac, feathers, a sacred Copal cabochon, beeswax and rich wood oil have in common? Why, they are the beautiful ingredients for shamanic necklaces, of course. Add in some old and new copper, ceramic, wood and brass beads, and you have the makings of a spiritual first aid kit you can wear around your neck.
I just added many new necklaces on the Thunder Valley Drums site, and you’ll find everything from lightning-struck to lilac to medicine bag necklaces in one place (all links open in new windows).
In the past, many people who purchased my necklaces told me they were not necessarily “into” spirituality, but simply liked the looks of the jewelry. Fine, fine. So, you don’t have to be a spiritual seeker or healer to wear them! But if you’re interested in such things, you’ll discover that these necklaces pack a lot of energy within their graceful forms. (You can read more about this on my main blog.)
The one featured here, Blue Sky Feather Necklace, combines real Lilac (which I rub with beeswax and oil), a delicate feather and glove soft suede leather lacing. It looks and feels yummy. Inside, though, it’s a spiritual powerhouse.
But you don’t have to tell anyone!
Aho & Namaste,
Bob
